From the College, turn left onto Rivermont Avenue. At the intersection of Rivermont Avenue and 5th Street (2.4 miles), turn left. Cross the James River. At the second light after the bridge, turn right onto 29 North. Travel approximately 2 miles along 29 North. The Wal-Mart Superstore is on your right.
Directions To Wal-Mart & Sam’s Club On 29 South
From the College, turn left onto Rivermont Avenue. At the intersection with 5th Street (2.4 miles), Rivermont Avenue becomes Church Street. Follow Church Street, crossing 12th Street. Continue up the hill, past the YMCA (on your right), and follow the signs for the exit for 29 South. Stay on 29 South and watch for 29 South to exit to the left (Airport exit). At the second stoplight, turn right to enter Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club.

From the College, turn right onto Rivermont Avenue. At the third stoplight, Rivermont becomes Boonsboro Road. Follow Boonsboro Road for approximately two miles. Boonsboro Shopping Center will be on the left

From the College, turn left onto Rivermont Avenue. At the intersection with 5th Street (2.4 miles), Rivermont Avenue becomes Church Street. Follow Church Street, crossing 12th Street. Continue up the hill, past the YMCA (on your right), and follow the signs for the exit for 29 South. Stay on 29 South and watch for 29 South to exit to the left (Airport exit). After you pass Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club on your right, look to the right for signs to Ward’s Crossing Shopping Center. Take a right into the entrance.

Continue up the hill, past the YMCA (on your right), and follow the signs for the exit for 29 South. Get onto 29 South and take the second Candler’s Mountain Road exit. Stay in the right lane of Candler’s Mountain Road. At the first stoplight, turn right into the Mall.

From the College, turn left onto Rivermont Avenue. At the intersection with 5th Street (2.4 miles), Rivermont Avenue becomes Church Street. Follow Church Street, crossing 12th Street. Continue up the hill, past the YMCA (on your right), and follow the signs for the exit for 29 South. Get onto 29 South and take the second Candler’s Mountain Road exit. Stay in the right lane of Candler’s Mountain Road. At the second stoplight, bear to your right. At the next light, turn left into Candler’s Station.

From the College, turn left onto Rivermont Avenue. At the intersection of Rivermont Avenue and 5th Street (2.4 miles), take a right onto 5th Street and proceed until 5th Street turns into Memorial Avenue. After you pass E.C. Glass High School on your right, looks for the Plaza Shopping Center on your right.
Directions To Food Lion (Grocery Store)
From the College, turn left onto Rivermont Avenue. At the second stoplight, turn right onto Bedford Avenue. Food Lion is located at the bottom of the hill on the right.
Directions To Kroger (Grocery Store)
From the College, turn right onto Rivermont Avenue. Go through three stoplights (at the third light, Rivermont becomes Boonsboro Road). Continue through the third light; Kroger will be on the left.
