Connie Hayes has been at Randolph College since 2002 after having worked at a small liberal arts college in Kansas. She brings 13 years of experience in career development and higher education. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland and her Master of Science in Counselor Education from Emporia State University.

Same name and familiar face, but now she is found in a different place; Carol has been involved with assisting students, faculty, and staff at Randolph College since 1995. She brings her vast amount of experience and organizational skills to assist in the ELC from her previous position in the Registrar’s Office.
