Attend the Annual CHALLENGE Job and Internship Fair

Randolph College is part of the CHALLENGE Consortium of Virginia. Register for the CHALLENGE Job and Internship Fair. This annual event is held each November and provides an opportunity for employers to meet and interview some of the brightest students from 8 prestigious colleges and universities in Virginia.

Post your jobs, internships and volunteer opportunities directly to our students at no cost to you through the WildCat Connection.

We encourage employers to connect with our students through:

  • Posting jobs and internships on our online database known as the Wildcat Connection so that Randolph students know what opportunities your organization has right now
  • Interview Randolph College Students for full-time or part-time job and internship openings
  • Holding on-campus Employer Information Sessions
