The College reserves the right to change the policies described herein without notice, and to make exceptions to the policies described where it deems appropriate. This Handbook also necessarily does not reflect changes in policies made after September 2004, although you may be notified from time to time of amendments to the Handbook or changes in the policies contained in it.
