January 18-22 -Community students and faculty/staff non-degree students register in the Registrar's Office with the Special Student Registration Form.
Online Registration Procedures
- Detailed instructions are available on IQ Web under Student Manual.
- On IQ Web under Find Course Sections, review the course offerings and put courses in your cart. (See the “Add to Cart” button.)
- Meet with your advisor(s) to review your academic program and to select your courses.
- Have your advisor authorize you to register on IQ Web.
- According to the above schedule, access IQ Web Online Registration to register for your classes. Pay attention to the time. If you have courses in your cart, all you need to do is check the ADD box by courses you want and click the PROCESS button.
- Remember to check for time conflicts by using the grid View Schedule option.
- For full/closed classes, you can choose to add yourself to the class waitlist.
- Look for a confirmation email which will include your schedule.
- Do not enroll in more than 18 hours during your initial registration. You will have an opportunity later to add additional courses.
- Overloads (more than 18 hours) are not recommended unless the student has received a QPR of at least 3.0 in the previous semester and has a cumulative QPR of at least 2.75.
- The College charges an overload fee for credits in excess of 18 for which the student is not already paying an additional fee.
- To register, you must be free of obligations to the Business Office, DOS, Lipscomb Library, and Health Center.
- For Pass/Fail, Audit, Honors, EX L, and Independent Studies, you must submit special forms to the Registrar’s Office.
