Requesting a Transcript

Holiday Closing Information:  The College will be closed from December 21, 2011 through January 1, 2012.  Transcript requests received during this time will be processed beginning January 2, 2012.  No transcripts for current student will be sent out until January 5, 2012 to make sure all grades are posted on the transcripts.


TRANSCRIPTS MAY BE ORDERED IN THREE WAYS:

  1. Online through the National Student Clearinghouse
  2. Mail request to the Registrar's Office
  3. In person at the Registrar's Office


TRANSCRIPT REQUEST GUIDELINES

  • Your signature is required in order to process the request. Be sure to sign and date your request.
  • Checks should be made payable to Randolph College.
  • All transcript fees (and any express mailing fees) must be paid at the time of request.
  • Transcript requests are not processed for currently enrolled students between the last day of classes and the date final grades are posted for the semester.
  • Randolph College is the Official Custodian of the Transcripts of Stratford College.
  • The Registrar's Office does not issue unofficial transcripts.
  • The Registrar's Office does not accept transcript requests via fax or email.
  • The Registrar's Office does not fax or email transcripts.

National Student Clearinghouse -
Order your transcript online through the National Student Clearinghouse using any major credit card. You will be charged $5.00 per copy plus $2.25 processing fee per destination. You may also select rush service for an additional $10.00 or overnight service for an additional $45.00.  For rush or overnight service, the order MUST be received by the College by 12:00 noon in order to be processed and mailed the same day.  Requests received after 12:00 noon will be processed and mailed the following business day.


Mail -
Submit a completed copy of the Transcript Request Form or prepare a written request that includes your name as it was when you attended, social security number, current phone number, dates attended or graduation year, and an address of where the transcript needs to be sent. Mail, with payment (cash or check only) to:
