Requesting a Transcript
Transcripts may be ordered three ways:
  1. Online through the National Student Clearinghouse
  2. Mail request to the Registrar's Office
  3. In person at the Registrar's Office

    TRANSCRIPT REQUEST GUIDELINES

  • The Registrar's Office does not issue unofficial transcripts.
  • The Registrar's Office does not accept transcript requests via fax or email.
  • Your signature is required in order to process the request.  Be sure to sign and date your request.
  • Checks should be made payable to Randolph College.
  • Transcripts are free to undergraduate graduating seniors two semesters prior and one semester after their graduation. These requests must come directly to the Registrar's Office.
  • All transcript fees (and any express mailing fees) must be paid at the time of request.
  • Transcripts are never faxed or emailed.
  • Randolph College is the Official Custodian of the Transcripts of Stratford College.

National Student Clearinghouse -
Order your transcript online through the National Student Clearinghouse using any major credit card. You will be charged $5.00 per copy plus $2.25 processing fee per destination. You may also select 24-hour service for an additional $10.00 or overnight service for an additional $30.00.



Mail -
Submit a completed copy of the Transcript Request Form or prepare a written request that includes your name as it was when you attended, social security number, current phone number, dates attended or graduation year, and an address of where the transcript needs to be sent.  Mail to:  Randolph College, Attn: Registrar's Office, 2500 Rivermont Ave., Lynchburg, VA  24503 with payment (cash or check only).  Official transcripts are $5.00 per copy.  You may also select 24-hour service for an additional $10.00 or overnight service for an additional $30.00.



In person -
Order your transcripts in person at the Registrar's Office on the first floor of Main Hall.  Transcript Request Forms are available at the office.  Payment may be made by cash or check only.  Official transcripts are $5.00 per copy.  You may also select 24-hour service for an additional $10.00 or overnight service for an additional $30.00.
