Experiential Learning Resources

A Randolph College liberal arts degree provides students with excellent preparation for a variety of careers. Through classes, extracurriculars, and community involvement, students develop the abilities needed to analyze and synthesize material, to research thoroughly, to solve problems creatively, and to communicate clearly and effectively.

From the beginning of one's experience at Randolph College, students are encouraged to pursue high goals and to participate fully in a diverse society.

The professional Experiential Learning staff is available to assist students in developing self-knowledge related to her career choice and work performance by identifying, assessing, and understanding competencies, interests, values, and personal characteristics. A student's understanding of what she does well, what she likes to do, and what things are personally important to her are essential in helping her make good career decisions.
