Randolph College is excited to host prospective students and their families in a series of open houses this spring. The full schedule is available at http://www.randolphcollege.edu/admission/visit/, and personalized visits may be scheduled through our visit app or by emailing admissions@randolphcollege.edu.

In preparation for the big day, we’d like to introduce you to some of our Gold Key Tour Guides—the students who will show you around campus and answer your questions about the Randolph experience.

Gabe Krueger ’20 is a double major in sport and exercise studies and sociology from Jacksonville, N.C. He is also a member of the Macon Activities Council (MAC) and the men’s soccer team, and has served as a Davenport Leader. We asked him a few questions about his Randolph experience so far:

What’s your favorite thing about Randolph?

“My favorite part of being a Randolph student is the close bond that I have been able to grow with my professors. The fact that I can walk into their office and have conversations that aren’t directly about class is amazing to me.”

What’s your favorite place or thing on campus to show prospective students?

“My favorite part of campus to show prospective students is the aerobics room on the third floor of Main. The view of back campus is amazing and I feel like it’s a really beautiful part of campus.”

What advice would you give to prospective students about choosing a college?

“My advice on picking a college would be to follow your instincts. Part of the college decision is about the conscious things that you notice, like the size of the college, majors they offer, or even sports team that they have, but part of the subconscious knows whether you belong or not.”
