Elizabeth Perry-Sizemore is the new president-elect of the Virginia Association of Economists (VAE) during the group’s 37th annual meeting March 4-5, 2010 in Lynchburg.
The organization’s objectives are “to promote inquiry into economics, to improve economic education, and to develop understanding of the operations of the Virginia economy.”
Membership in the VAE is open to Virginians who have an interest in theoretical or applied economics, economic education, or the Virginia economy.
