EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE VICE PRESIDENT FOR ACADEMIC AFFAIRS AND DEAN OF THE COLLEGE

Randolph College has a full-time opening beginning the first of January for an Executive Assistant to provide support to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the College. This challenging and demanding position requires an energetic and well-organized individual. Responsibilities include: preparing correspondence and reports, filing, scheduling appointments, and other administrative tasks. Ability to handle a high degree of confidential matters. Must have good oral and written communication skills along with interpersonal skills, be a self-starter, efficient with Microsoft Office. Minimum five years administrative experience and some college preferred.
