Corporate and Foundation Relations Coordinator

The Corporate and Foundation Relations Coordinator will be responsible for solicitation of philanthropic support from corporations and foundations for projects identified by the academic and administrative leadership of the College. In carrying out this objective, the individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a solicitation strategy that includes prospect identification, cultivation, proposal writing and stewardship. Bachelor’s degree required, masters preferred. Individual must have excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. While an integral part of the Advancement team, this individual must be self-motivated and goal-driven and able to work with a high degree of independence with the ability to work well with key members of the College’s internal and external audiences. Five-year prior experience in proposal writing and/or fundraising in a college or university setting preferred. Some travel, along with evening and weekend work may be required.
