Verification Documents

Your FAFSA may be selected by Federal Student Aid for a process called verification. Verification means that the financial aid office must confirm that the information entered on a student’s FAFSA is correct.

In order to complete verification and to receive federal financial aid, students and families are required to provide certain documents that will enable the Student Financial Services (SFS) Office to confirm a student’s eligibility for federal student aid.  If your FAFSA has been selected for verification, please refer to your Randolph Student Portal to find the specific document(s) you will need to complete and submit to the SFS Office.

Below is a list of possible verification documents you may see on your student portal. Completed documents and photocopies can be sent to the Student Financial Services office by email, mail, or in person. Please call the Student Financial Services Office if you have any questions about the document(s) you need to complete: 434.947.8128.

Note – You may not need to complete all of the below documents
