Quote: “Randolph’s liberal arts program challenged me to think differently and turned me into a global minded and goal-oriented individual. I really appreciate the valuable time at Randolph, and I am very proud to be a part of this unique community.”

Why Randolph?

The great liberal arts system at Randolph provided me numerous opportunities to challenge myself and help me discover my career passion.

Enrolling in Randolph as an international student from Vietnam, I was amazed by diversity and culture at Randolph. My time at Randolph prepared me with various skill sets which I have been using in my past and current internships/jobs.

Also, the relationship I had with my incredible friends, nurturing professors and faculty have helped me prosper as a well-rounded and professional individual.

Internship Opens Doors

Thanks to a RISE grant and the support of the study abroad office,  I spent summer 2013 working as a marketing intern at Energizer Holdings, Inc in Shanghai, China.

My professors went above and beyond to help me prepare for the experience.  Professor Kun An helped me improve my Chinese fluency and Professor Mark Harrison briefed me on the nuances of marketing in China.

The internship gave me valuable experience in a professional environment and opened doors for future career positions, including  an advisory intern position at PricewaterhouseCoopers and my current job as an operations analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Randolph not only gave me career opportunities but also strengthened personal and leadership development. I was actively involving in different activities and clubs on campus, especially joining in Dollars and Sense Club to help organize speakers’ series event and an unforgettable trip to financial district in New York City.
