My time at Randolph was nothing short of incredible.”

Prepared for Success

Since beginning his career with RE/MAX Alliance in 2012, Pearson has sold more than 300 homes in the Charleston, South Carolina area. He was recently named Mount Pleasant’s 2015 Realtor of the Year, and the Caleb Pearson Team was recognized as Real Estate Team of the Year.

A business major at Randolph, Pearson said he learned real-world, life experiences in his classes through case studies about actual companies that started from nothing and grew into multimillion dollar corporations. He also researched various business models, and wrote his senior paper about Coca-Cola.

Leadership Opportunities

“Going through the Randolph College experience,  you learn a lot more about the real world,” Pearson said. “My experience playing basketball helped my business career immensely because the coach was no-nonsense and paid extreme attention to detail.”

Pearson’s leadership qualities earned him the role of team captain his senior season.

“That experience gave me the skills I needed to build and effectively lead the talented team of real estate agents I now oversee,” Pearson said.
