Registration

The registration deadline is Monday, May 22. Reservations must be accompanied with full payment. There will be a late fee of $25 per person assessed for anyone registering after Monday, May 22. Registration payments are non-refundable after the deadline. You can register through mail, fax, or online. A confirmation of your registration will be sent to you.

Spouses/Friends/Clusters Welcome

Spouses, traveling companions, and College friends are welcome and encouraged to attend all Reunion activities. If you are close to alumnae or alumni outside of your Reunion class, encourage them to attend and create your own cluster. Reunion is open to all classes!

Child Care Preferences

If you are interested in bringing your children to Reunion, contact the Office of Alumnae and Alumni Relations at 434.947.8102 or alumnaeoffice@randolphcollege.edu so we can determine the best activities for the ages of children in attendance and the associated costs. The City of Lynchburg and surrounding areas offer many family-friendly activity options. Visit discoverlynchburg.org for a list of events and attractions available.

Special Assistance and Requests

If you require special assistance or need special accommodations related to mobility or dietary restrictions, indicate on your registration form your special needs or contact the Office of Alumnae and Alumni Relations at 434.947.8102 or alumnaeoffice@randolphcollege.edu prior to your arrival.

2017 Reunion Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration payments are non-refundable after the event registration deadline of Monday, May 22. If before this date cancellation is necessary, please contact the Office of Alumnae and Alumni Relations at 434.947.8102 or alumnaeoffice@randolphcollege.edu. Registration fees that have been paid by credit card will be refunded to the credit card. Please allow 3 days for credit card refunds. Registration fees paid by check or cash will be refunded by check. Please allow 2 weeks for processing of a check refund.
